Community Radio in Europe: Broadcasting on the Edge

AMARC Europe held the conference, Community Radio in Europe: Broadcasting on the Edge, in Bucharest, Romania, 12-14 December 2008. The event was participated by more than sixty community radio broadcasters from more than 18 countries across Europe to meet and develop strategies to strengthen community radio across the region – particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. The community radio members gathered in the European General assembly to elect the AMARC Europe Board of Directors.
