Objective for the day: Establish a diagnostic, define the challenges, explore best models for community media and examine the arguments for advocacy. Produce recommendations for advocacy for an enabling environment for the establishment and the development of community radio.

Community Radio in Europe: Broadcasting on the edge International recognition and government's approaches. How to find common standard for community media in the European landscape.

Objective: The objective is to establish the portrait of the situation of community radio in the European media landscape and the challenges for legislations related to community radio and community media in general.

Objective for the Day: Explore, exchange and make recommendations about the forthcoming digital switch over, technical overviews, networking through different electronic media and platforms, ownership and property licences opportunities and threats, filling the gap between western and central/eastern Europe countries.
